You gotta step out on faith. Stop sitting online judging people, making assumptions about folks, and start making your dreams come true. You may be broke, hungry, and suffering from illness. However, one step a day is 365 steps a year. Every little bit counts. The problem today is that we sit online racing to get to something or somewhere we see the people we follow getting/doing. Yeah right! Just like you, they are NOT going to show the bad. They will not promote the struggles. Everyone looks like superstars, but in reality they barely pay the bills and they clutching that EBT card. Live for yourself, not to have something/anything to showcase on your timeline. Be the master of your own ceremony, where everyday you’re awarded for keeping it real.

Militant

I’m working on my body. Not so much trying to lose weight, but wanting to tone up and look better naked. I’m in this phase where I’m feeling very frisky and the Hubs can’t keep his hands off of me. Therefore, I’m trying to keep the body right cause I foresee many days and nights w/o clothes. Lol.

I decided to revert back to a “normal” color for a while. I’m looking for a part time job outside of the ratchet city limits that does not require my servitude on weekends. You have to be more professional for those kinds of jobs, I guess.

I’m getting more in tune with my spirituality, which is great. Considering I almost ended up in the Gotcha papers for ruthlessly beating up a grown man at my local convenience store (long story), I think I ought to start praying more and get closer to God. I’m not the same insane person I used to be, but every now and then I relapse.

I thrifted everything you see above, except the shoes. I like to say I’m chic for cheap, but we all know that’s corny as hell. Fyourstyle!

The only thing I’m afraid of besides my creator of course, is the idea of not being ME because I wanted you to love me. When the truth is, if I play the role of someone you would love… you’ve never really loved ME in the first place. That kind of love is rare. The kind where you could do anything, even the most absurd… An the other person continues to say you are amazing. I thank God everyday that I was able to experience that.

With two boys and that fat sexy man that wifed me up, I don’t feel like I wear dresses enough anymore. I’m too much of a time boy sometimes. My husband gets mad when I say, “There is a gay man inside of me that will die if he doesn’t get out… or at least get a new pair of heels!” Lol. I’m only half serious, though.

8 Months and Two Weeks Pregnant - It’s a shame how high that bar was set by Mrs. Carter aka Queen Bey aka Beyonce. As a pregnant woman, you are no longer allowed to walk around in sweats and flip-flops, big t-shirts, and looking severely swollen in the face. LOL. No seriously, it’s NOT her fault. I just love to dress up anyway. It’s easy to blame a celebrity for my problems.

I’m at the final lap of the pregnancy, and I can’t wait to evict this baby. People often don’t realize I’m pregnant, they just assume I’m fat. I don’t know how to feel about that. Anyway, I’m still wearing heels and most of the time I’m supposed to be in bed. Keep the party going. I don’t stop strutting for anything.
